Stops heating, a cable fails, a latch breaks under normal use: we send a replacement.

Two years, and it covers accidents too. Dropped it off the tailgate? No questions asked, we replace it.
Covered
- Heating stops working
- Power cables or sockets fail
- Lid, latch or clips break in normal use
- Steel tray or seal fails
- Accidental damage, with the 2-year plan
Not covered
- Putting the heating base in water
- Using it on power it isn’t rated for
- Normal scratches and scuffs
- Accidental damage on the standard plan
