Questions before you buy
Does it actually get hot?
Yes. It heats pre-cooked food all the way through: 20–30 minutes from the fridge, about 50 from frozen. It’s steady heat, not microwave speed, so no cold center and no exploded chili.
Is it cordless?
No, on purpose. No battery to die mid-shift. Plug it into a truck socket or any outlet.
Does it work in my truck?
Any 12V cigarette-lighter socket, and 24V sockets in semis and heavy equipment.
Will it leak in my bag?
The lid has a gasket and locks with side clips. Keep it upright with soups and you’re fine.
Does it fit a real meal?
1.8 litres in the steel tray, about a full plate of leftovers, plus sides in the cold tray.
How do I clean it?
The steel tray and cold tray lift out and wash like any container. Wipe the base. Never put the heating base in water.
Can I heat the side tray?
Take the cold tray out before heating. Its vent is a safety release in case you forget.
How long is shipping?
8–12 business days to US addresses. Tracking emailed when it ships.
What if it breaks?
If it fails under normal use in the first 12 months, we replace it. Add the 2-year plan at checkout to cover accidents too.
